I’ve moved many times. I’ve done it many ways including moving myself all the way up to using a full service mover. We priced all the options. U-pack turned out to be the ideal mix between saving money and getting enough help to make the job manageable. I was skeptical at first about the whole moving model that they have adopted but I must say I was delighted to find that they do everything they say they’re going to do, they do it on time and they have great people backing you up. Everyone from the representatives on the phone to the drivers on the truck were professional, helpful, and nice to work with. The custom personal web page they provide you on the Internet is great! It always shows your status provides guidance throughout the process. If you are willing to pack and load/unload your own items, I highly recommend using this service!

First of all it took about 10 minutes or less to set it on the phone. Others I called asked so many detailed questions like how many boxes and what do the weigh etc. Too overwhelming for someone that’s packing and maybe purging. Any time I had a question I gave my reference number and no waiting……talked to on a person. They were kind and very quick to help even with the bulkheads. We used the truck. I would t use anyone else.
